Hello, I’m Dr. Edel Sanders.

As a Columbia and Cambridge educated cognitive and developmental psychologist with a decade of academic leadership (dean and head of research in psychology) guiding faculty and undergraduate/graduate students, I prepared to guide you to a place of wellness. Using Cognitive Behavioral and Stress Reduction strategies, I will help you redirect your thinking and emotional patterns toward holistic healing and growth.
